Kimberly Jackson, MLISc, HPGC, B.A., A.A., DAS

I earned a MLISc from the University of Hawaii with a specialization in Archives and Special Collections. Additionally, I hold a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation, a B.A. in Anthropology, an A.A. in Fine Arts & Humanities and completed a DAS (Digital Archives Specialist) certification, through the Society of American Archivists.

I am passionate about Reference and Instruction and am employed as Adjunct Librarian at two local community colleges where I provide reference assistance, facilitate instruction and assist with Collection Development.

Additionally, I work as a General Librarian in local public library system where I provide reference assistance to the general public for Adults, Children and Teens, teach eBook workshops in the Maker-space Studio and assist as an archivist, processing historical city collections.
